Cut to Length Line
Stainless steel rolls (0.30mm-8.00mm) are straightened and cut into sheets in the requested lengths. Thus, by producing materials that are exactly in line with customer demand, stainless steel sheets are supplied in clear dimensions without wastage. PVC coating or paper module is standard in all our lines at the Stainless Steel Service Center. Materials can be supplied as PVC coated or papered upon request.
Slitting Line
With our slitting line, stainless steel coils from 0.30 mm to 8.00 mm thick can be slit into 20 mm wide strips with very low tolerance margins.
Grinding Line
Stainless Steel Grinding and Brushing Line;
Thickness: 0.50 mm - 2.00 mm,
Most; 500mm - 1500mm,
Size; Processes between 700 mm - 4000 mm are carried out
Laser Line
Laser sheet cutting machine is a technology that allows cutting stainless steel sheets with extreme precision. Thanks to this technology, it is possible to cut stainless steel sheets up to 40.00 mm thick.
